Refund Policy

To complete a return, please return to the store or email us at info@austinsunshades.com to Acquire an RA # 

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We only accept returns of un-opened Sunshades sold products, including but not limited to our 3D Printed products.  

 

We offer store credit and exchanges on all other products and brands such as but not limited to Trulli, Helix, Brax, Viper , Compustar, SoundShield, Audiomobile, etc. also with a 14-day window.

 

To be eligible for a return, store credit, or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused and in its original packaging.

 

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Products that are returned damaged, used, or missing components may be subject to denial or partial refunds at our discretion. No exceptions.

You MUST put "ATTN: Returns XXXXX" on the name, with "XXXXX" being your order number this way we can expedite your return. If this is not added, Return will be refused.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be packaged securely.

Products damaged in transit due to improper packaging may be denied refund, store credit, or exchange.

Damages and issues

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photo evidence and a written description may be required before a resolution is issued.

 

All claims must be made within 3 days of delivery or a call with the return details to be folowed up with email request no further than 7 days out. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned for a refund, such as Trulli, Helix, Brax, SoundShield, Escort, Uniden, Radenso, ALP, etc.

These items are only eligible for store credit or exchange if the product is inspected and verified by us to be in perfect, resellable condition.

If any signs of use, installation, or damage are found, the return will be denied.

Clearance and Sale items, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


This includes any products purchased with a promotional discount or coupon code. No exceptions.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Please note and undrstand it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refunds

 

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method. Store credit or exchange may be issued in cases where a full refund is not applicable.
